Why did I get a text?

An NHS service you used asked us to send it. They want to know how your care went. Its name is in the text, or on the survey page the link opens. Many NHS services share this number, so we cannot tell you here which one sent yours.

Is the text real?

A real text has a survey link that starts gthr.uk or gthr.co.uk. We never ask for bank or card details, passwords, PINs or money. If a text asks for any of these, it is not from us. Do not reply. Forward it to 7726.

Can I call this number?

No. It only sends texts. If you call it, you will hear "The number you have dialled cannot accept this call".

How do I stop the texts?

Reply STOP to the text. We will not text you again, from any NHS service that uses Gather. Or fill in our opt-out form at gthr.co.uk/o with your own mobile number.
