Did you get a text from Gather?
Gather is a UK company. We send patient survey texts for NHS services. The survey asks how your care went.
Why did I get a text?
An NHS service you used asked us to send it. Its name is in the text, or on the survey page the link opens.
How can I tell a text is real?
A real text has a survey link that starts gthr.uk or gthr.co.uk. We never ask for bank or card details, passwords, PINs or money.
If a text asks for any of these, it is not from us. Do not reply. Forward it to 7726. This is free, and it tells your phone network about the text.
How do I stop the texts?
Reply STOP to the text. We will not text you again, from any NHS service that uses Gather.
Who can I talk to about it?
Contact the NHS service that asked for your feedback first. Its name is in the text, or on the survey page the link opens. They can answer questions about your care. If you need more help with the text, email support@gatherit.co.uk.
