We recognise the important role unpaid carers play in supporting patients during their time in hospital. We want to better understand carers’ experiences so we can improve how we identify, involve, and support carers across the Trust.

If you support someone who relies on your help, we invite you to share your views with us.

Most questions are yes / no, with opportunities to provide comments throughout.
