Screening Survey for all Women - Maternity

During the first half of your pregnancy you were offered some screening blood tests to screen for infectious diseases (HIV, hepatitis B and syphilis), sickle cell and thalassemia. And also a first trimester scan to screen for Down, Edwards and pataus syndromes and an anomaly scan which screens for a number of physical conditions. We would like to ask you some questions about the information you received regarding these tests and your experience of having them. We would be very grateful if you would complete the survey below; it should take less than 5 minutes. Your feedback is important to us as it will help us to provide a quality service which meets the needs of expectant parents.
